Returns

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cut fabrics, customized orders, or fabrics once used or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
